二、年龄限制

重要：本应用仅限 18 周岁及以上用户使用。

18 周岁以下的用户禁止注册和使用本应用。

不提供或提供虚假出生日期将导致账号被永久封禁。
如发现用户未满 18 周岁，开发者有权立即终止服务并删除该账号的所有数据，无需事先通知。

三、服务内容

本应用是一款个人目标、任务、梦想和人生旅程追踪工具。高级功能、存储容量和支持服务以订阅或一次性购买的方式提供，具体以购买时显示为准。

四、账号安全

您负责保管您的账号和密码。
您对您账号下的所有活动负责。
如发现账号被盗用，请立即联系我们。

五、订阅、付款与退款

所有付款均通过 Apple App Store 等官方支付渠道处理。
订阅会自动续费，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
退款需通过您购买时的应用商店申请，我们不直接提供退款。

六、您的内容与知识产权

您保留您在本应用中创建、上传或存储的所有内容（目标、梦想、照片、日记等）的所有权。
您授予本应用有限的许可，仅用于存储、传输、同步、备份和展示您的内容以提供服务。
您不得使用本应用上传违反任何法律、侵犯第三方权利或有害的内容。

七、禁止行为

您同意不会：逆向工程本应用；试图绕过安全或速率限制；使用机器人或自动化工具；干扰其他用户的服务体验；或将本应用用于任何非法目的。

八、服务可用性

我们可能会随时修改、暂停或终止服务的任何部分。云同步需要可用的网络连接。

九、免责声明

本应用及其内容按"现状"和"可用"基础提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。您自行承担使用风险。

User Content: All goals, tasks, dreams, life experiences, and journal entries you create in the App.
Image Content: All photos and images you upload.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Goal Collector ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

Important: This App is only for users 18 years of age or older.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use this App.
Users under 18 are prohibited from registering and using this App.
You must provide your real date of birth during registration. The system automatically calculates your age.
Failure to provide a date of birth or providing a false one will result in permanent account suspension.
If a user is discovered to be under 18, the developer reserves the right to immediately terminate service and delete all data of that account without prior notice.

3. Service Description

The App is a personal goal, task, dream, and life-journey tracking utility. Premium features, storage capacity, and support tiers are offered on a subscription or one-time purchase basis, as displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
If you discover unauthorized account access, please contact us immediately.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through official payment channels such as the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds must be requested through the App Store where you made the purchase. We do not offer direct refunds.

6. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights in the goals, dreams, photos, footprints, journal entries, and other content you create, upload, or store using the App.
You grant the App a limited license to store, transmit, sync, back up, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing you with the service.
You may not use the App to upload content that violates any law, infringes third-party rights, or is harmful, threatening, or illegal.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to: reverse engineer the App; attempt to bypass security or rate limits; use bots or automated tools; interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Cloud sync requires a working network connection.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the App, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Data Retention & Deletion

Your content is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request full account and data deletion at any time from your Profile page. After deletion, residual copies may remain in secure backups for up to 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
